TKMNA needed assistance with understanding their position relative to their competitors online and in social media, as well as recommendations for how to improve their various brand websites and social media.
To better connect with their target audiences, increase sales revenue and lead generation, we analyzed the current web presences of each of the TKMNA brands, as well as their major competitors, and made recommendations for improvements of their websites and social media.
After a work session to help representatives from each TKMNA brand better understand the value of social media marketing, we conducted an analysis of TKMNA’s brand websites and social media profiles, as well as those of their major competitors. We reported on the results and made recommendations for next steps for each TKMNA brand to take to improve their website and social profiles to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
