Pageviews, visits, unique visitors, followers, etc. are all great ways to measure success online, but what about actions that don’t lead directly to a conversion or lead (but probably will down the line)? How do you measure actions that may lead to something important later, but there’s not a direct connection online? Assigning a value to those actions may help…

Igniting Innovation at Ignite Lansing 2.0 #ignitelansing
Ignite Lansing didn’t involve any combustion, just some great ideas in a great venue. Ignite was originally started in Seattle, based off Pecha Kucha Nights. Speakers are given a stage and mic to talk about whatever topic they want. The catch? They only have 5 minutes and 15 slides. And the slides automatically advance every 20 seconds. Talk about a bit of pressure…
