Making Sense of Twitter for Business

Image representing Twitter as depicted in Crun...

A few weeks ago, I gave a talk on how businesses can use Twitter at the Macomb-Oakland University Incubator. When used properly, Twitter can be, not only a sales tool, but also a way to build reputation, increase customer satisfaction, perform marketing research, and build community. Just remember to avoid the spam!  Enjoy!

Business + Technical Product Management

My sweet spot is at the intersection between technology and business. I love to manage and develop products, market them, and deep dive into technical issues when needed. Leveraging strategic and creative thinking to problem solving is when I thrive. I have developed and marketed products for a variety of industries and companies, including manufacturing, eCommerce, retail, software, publishing, media, law, accounting, medical, construction, & marketing.
