My friend Jason Falls posted this presentation on what people are saying about restaurants on social media, based on conversational research conducted by Social Media Explorer. This type of research is different than doing a survey, because it takes a look at what people are actually saying on social media, without them being asked any questions or even being aware that they’re giving their input.
