No One Knows Everything – Ask for Help

insightslogoI think a lot of times people get really concerned or worried when they don’t know something.  Like how to setup a Facebook page, or how to use a certain application on their computer, or how to unplug a toilet (whatever).  But the truth is, no one knows everything.  Even people who practice in a particular field aren’t able to know everything, especially in fields with fast-paced innovation. – No One Knows Everything – Ask for Help – Sarah Worsham @ Insights Group

News Flash: Selling Still Means Building Relationships

relationshipKatieTegtmeyerI had the honor of listening to Chris Brogan yesterday at the Detroit Chamber’s Marketing Mavericks event at the Detroit Zoo.  I really like listening to people talk about social media, because it helps me come up with new ways to explain it to clients.  One of the things Chris said was that selling is still about building relationships, social media is just a way to do that online.
