Nice post! Even we are an internet company and use most of the tools mentioned here. For collaboration & project management we are using DeskAway (http://www.deskaway.com). DeskAway is a web-based app and is very simple and easy to use yet it is very effective and provides very good features and an excellent customer support and also it is much affordable than Basecamp. DeskAway do take into consideration its customers feature request which Basecamp never did. This is main reason we switched from Basecamp to DeskAway.

Hi Leona, Thanks for your comment. We’ve had luck in the past with Basecamp taking into consideration our feature requests, and we’ve found it very affordable – but of course all of that depends on your own experience. Thanks for suggesting DeskAway – I’ll give it a look over. Even though we’ve been happy with BaseCamp, that doesn’t mean I’m not on the lookout for better products.
