The Importance of Blog Images to Social Sharing
Adding images to your posts makes your blog visually appealing, but it also is important for the social sharing of your content on networks like Facebook. Posts with images are much more likely to stand out in the news feed where people are likely to read your content. This doesn’t mean you should stop writing updates without images — those can be more personal and engaging than posts from your blog. Having images on your blog will increase the chances that people will read your content on your blog and on the various social networks where it gets shared.
