Using Google Analytics to Measure Social Media Success

I had a free webinar today on how you can use Google Analytics to measure success in your social media strategy. I covered what to measure, some measurement basics, what it means to measure success and what Google Analytics can tell you about success in your social media plan.  My slides from the presentation are below.  I’ll work on making a downloadable recording available soon.  If you have any questions, please let me know!

If you want to learn more, a great book on the topic is Web Analytics: An Hour a Day (amazon affiliate link) by Avinash Kaushik. I’ve read the book and I think Avinash does a great job explaining web analytics in an easy-to-understand manner, but also gives you good information to understand what’s going on in more depth.
